Refunds and Cancellations

All juice fasts require a $299 non-refundable reservation fee that will be charged and applied towards your total bill.  Fourteen days prior to your scheduled reservation the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.  Cancellations made less than 14 days from the retreat start date are non-refundable.   Cancellations made at 15 days or longer before the retreat begins will receive either a 50% refund, or you may reschedule at any other Juice Fast retreat offered within that season, ( i.e. fall, winter, spring, summer).  Much planning and effort goes into each retreat and because of that, our refund & cancellation policy is strictly enforced.  Our property is located within a private country club community so all  suites are located inside a residential property that is used specifically for juice fasting.  We guarantee that your fast will not have more than 4 people per home for privacy and the ultimate in comfort.

I  understand it is my responsibility to take care of my own health.  If I have a specific problem I have been advised to consult an appropriately qualified professional as Sunpoint Retreats does not staff any medical professionals.  Sunpoint Rewards LLC which offers Sunpoint Juice Fasting Retreats cannot and does not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of fasting or relying on information contained on our website or through any of our staff or fast facilitators.  We reserve the right to change any aspect of the program at any time.
